Regular Reporting/Analysis/Process Improvement of several projects and initiatives
Campaign Analysis and Process Improvements across clusters and initiatives
Campaign Readiness Preparations and Process Improvements
Post Mortem Budget Analysis of Special Projects
Editorials and Collection Process Improvements
Voucher Analysis and Performance
Improvement of Campaign Dashboards/Creation of New Dashboards
Other Adhoc Reports
Doing day-to-day Cluster Operations including but not limited to:
Ensuring Marketing deals are plotted properly and timely
Boosting of collection in campaigns
Consolidation of Manual Discount Trackers
Processing of Campaign Readiness Rejection Requests
Manual Discount Filing and Error Fixing
Campaign Global Deals Tasks - Cluster operations
Assists cluster PICs in doing price checks for key brands and key sellers
Optimization of Slots Allocation for Seller Program
Other adhoc tasks assigned by CB Cluster Lead for Projects and BAU tasks
Requirements:
Has at least two years of work experience
Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English
Possess strong analytical skills, sensitivity to data, and proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, Microsoft Powerpoint and Google Slides
Learns fast and can manage projects end-to-end
Flexible to work long hours on occasion
