HR Service Delivery & Experience
Drive the cluster to deliver a coherent transactional processing service, providing high quality advice, support to managers and employees and query resolution throughout employee lifecycle.
Required to guide or advise team members to resolve complex queries (impacting HR policies, processes, procedures, or practices) channelled from our HR shared services centres that comes from employees, managers or HR professionals and ensuring the solution is aligned and consistent with One JLL HR and comply to local laws and regulations.
Collaborate with various HR experts (CoEs) on complex queries or problems (internally & externally) to ensure a sound and consistent response that aligned with One JLL HR and comply with local laws and regulations.
Undertake HR transactions that are not carried out by the HR shared services, and explore HR transactions that are repetitive that could be move to HR shared services. Thereafter, replicating the improvements across other countries in Southeast Asia by leading the co-ordination with team members.
Promote and be a change agent on the use of HR Portal as a one-stop platform for all HR queries by employees, managers and HR colleagues.
Execution of certain initiatives driven by regional CoEs (like Vaccination Drives, Wellness sessions), and HR partners (like Employee Connect sessions) etc.
Build a culture of continuous improvement, collaborating with CoE colleagues, HR Business Partners to drive process standardization and alignment of ways of working across the teams.
Data Management, Security, Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
Ensure compliance of HR practices will local laws and regulations, and support compliance activities as required both regionally and locally, taking responsibility where required.
Ensure that employee data held on any HR system is accurate and up to date and that any HR systems are fit for purpose and aligned to business need.
Ensure data in our HRIS systems are accurate and up to date to support various HR reporting and data collections.
Ensure the HR processes comply with control standards put in place by JLL HR and align with local regulatory requirements.
Support and co-ordinate various request from local regulator for information or people reporting on behalf of company.
Payroll & Benefits Operations
Ensure the successful execution of the payroll activities, i.e., all salary and overtime payouts, final payouts, tax administrations, bonuses, commissions, etc. by overseeing the end-to-end by working collaboratively with the payroll team members, the Finance team, shared services team and third-party payroll vendor.
Lead the implementation and operations of Benefits Policy for all JLL employees with Reward CoE, Insurance Brokers and Insurance Providers.
Ensure end to end process mapping of current payroll and HR Operations processes.
Ensure the successful management of accident reporting, workers compensation claim activities and claim activities of other benefits (medical insurance, accident insurance & life insurance).
Improve internal payroll activities or processes to ensure they meet JLL payroll controls and compliance with local regulators with the aim of achieve effectiveness and efficiency.
HR Policy, Process and Knowledge
Work closely with various HR CoEs to ensure HR contents, i.e., guides, policies and procedures, etc. are up to date and developed to optimise employee and manager user experience.
Proactively identify areas for continuous improvement in our HR policies, HR contends/knowledge that result in effective and efficient search of information resulting in frustration free experience for employees and managers.
Projects
Aligning yourself with the agreed HR services strategy, and proactively identifying areas within the cluster to simplify, streamline or automate people operations processes with the aim of delivering high-quality employee experiences. Thereafter, replicating the improvements across other countries in Southeast Asia by leading the co-ordination with team members.
To identify in-country processes to move to share services after simplifying or streamlining it that will minimize touch points for improve service delivery to employees or managers.
To participate in global or regional projects by leading the implementation, change management and communication in the cluster countries so as to provide employees and managers the same experiences.
People Development
Provide leadership that engages all team members, including the clear establishment of performance expectations, coaching, performance management, career development, mentoring, reward and recognition, and positive engagement within the team.
Skills & Competencies
Good understanding of local laws and regulations in the cluster to ensure compliance and resourceful in finding information related local regulations and labour practices.
Excellent analytical skills and able to use hard data and reports to justify business case.
Ability to prioritize short-term and long-term demands to ensure successful completion of improvement initiatives or projects.
Ability to collaborate with various kinds of experts/professionals and HR leaders to bring solutions across to employees and managers.
