CLUB NURSEWack Wack Golf Country Club

1. Dispenses emergency medicines to employees, caddies, members, concessionaires and guests limited to ordinary illnesses and properly record medical data with the accompanying signature of the patient.
2. Attend to the needs of the caddies, employees, members and guests of the club.
3. Gives first aid and send the patient to hospital during emergency cases.
4. Maintains all medical records of the employees (regular and agency).
5. Check that F&B food handlers have valid health certificates.
6. Check sanitation and healthful condition of premises.
7. Nurses man satellite clinic at the fairway (tee houses) morning and afternoon, stand-by for emergency cases and immediate nursing care.
8. Medical staff (nurses) performs other nursing-related functions that may deem necessary.
9. Submit incident reports to the General Manger and concerned departments.
10. Maintains medicines inventory that is purchased and dispensed.
11. Records all sick leave notification.
12. Prepares back to work and medical certification of the employees who were on sick leave and forwarded it to the personnel department.
13. Requests medicines and other medical supplies needed.
14. Vaccination of all employees of the club such as H1N1, pneumonia, influenza, and hepatitis B if available.
15. Annual Physical Examination and selective drug testing for caddies.
16. First Aid training and Basic Life Support with selected employees (one representative per department).
17. Minimize dispensing of medicines.
18. Health education for the employees with regards to their illnesses and lifestyle.
19. To have a stand-by vehicle for emergency transport to the hospital.
20. Medical advisory- put the patients into awareness regarding their health to live life to the fullest.
21. Refresher course regarding the use of CPR-EZ and EM-100(equipments available at the clinic).
