Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking for a knowledgeable and experienced individual to join our partner team as a Cloud Administrator. As a Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for administering, organizing, modifying, and supporting a company's digital systems hosted on the cloud. Implements, install, and configure cloud resources, operating systems, web applications, security access and cloud related systems. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that cloud resources, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values. Responsibilities Set up and manage cloud infrastructure and resources Monitor and optimize the performance of cloud-based systems Implement security measures to protect data and systems Manage user access and permissions Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud-based solutions Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards Monitor cloud costs and optimize resource usage Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and trends Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field At least 2 years of experience in cloud administration or related roles Cloud Systems Operation Web Application Deployment and Operations Familiarity with the following technologies: Cloud: Azure and AWS (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) Operating System: Linux and Windows Web Application Systems and Deployment: IIS, Apache, NginX, PHP, and .Net Deployment Cloud Related Infrastructure: Blob S3 Storage, Auto-Scaling templates, RDS SQL Azure, Content Delivery Network, DNS, Domain, CloudApp Services and cloud security access Benefits Communication Allowance, Health & Life Insurance & Others
