You'll help maintain robust systems, support cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP), and ensure the smooth operation of critical IT assets.🚀 What You'll Be Doing
Install, configure, and maintain physical/virtual servers, network devices, and storage systems.
Optimize performance using observability tools like Logic Monitor and RMM.
Develop and run automation scripts using PowerShell or Python to streamline admin tasks.
Support switches, routers, and firewall infrastructure; assist in network upgrades.
Administer storage systems, backups, and disaster recovery protocols.
Patch servers and devices on a regular cycle using defined processes and tools.
Manage cloud resources like virtual machines, storage, and networking within AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Implement and support IAM and security configurations in cloud environments.
Maintain clear, structured documentation for configurations, procedures, and system compliance.
🎯 What Makes You a Great Fit✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience
2-5 years of experience in system administration or IT support roles.
Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization (e.g., VMware).
Strong understanding of networking concepts-firewalls, switches, routers.
Hands-on experience with storage systems (NAS, SAN) and backup tools.
Familiarity with scripting tools (PowerShell, Python).
Exposure to public cloud platforms-AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Experience with IAM policies in cloud platforms.
Working knowledge of observability tools like Logic Monitor or RMM.

12-hour rotational shifts
3 days on / 4 days off one week, 4 days on / 3 days off the next.

Salary range: $1,300-$1,800 USD/month (based on experience)
