Handle customers' requests via email and phone
Design email templates as needed
Conduct research and analysis on products

Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support
What you need to succeed in this role:
Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a must
Strong networking knowledge
Customer support experience with cloud products
Analytical & research skills
Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills
Will be a great plus:
Experience working with Google Cloud and Azure
AWS certificate
Proficiency in Salesforce
