Job Summary
Under general direction of the Information technology Security Head, the Cloud Security Analayst will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of Information technology Security Solutions to secure current and future hardware, software and/or network systems on-premise and on cloud. This position will have a strong focus on Information technology Security solution design and implementation. this function is considered a key position within the Information technology Security Division.
Requirements:
Education
» Preferably BS Computer Science or Management, BS Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
practice
» 8+ years and up cumulative practice specializing in Information technology Computer Network/System/Database Admin, Information technology Security Administration or equivalent.
» At least 3+ years of Network, Infrastructure, or Security administration practice desired.
» At least 3+ years of practice with Linux/Unix or Microsoft technologies including Windows OS and Windows networking.
Competency Required
» Demonstrated practice implementing, configuring, tuning, and performing in-depth analysis in Information technology Security and any Security related tools.
» Demonstrated practice in a Data Loss avoidance System (DLP) and an Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR).
» Demonstrated operational practice with Next-Generation Firewalls, Endpoint Security Tools, Server Security Software, and Data Encryption Solutions.
» Demonstrate an knowledge of high-level strategies to prevent an attacker from causing further damage to the company after discovering the incident.
» Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures supporting multiple branch office/retail locations.
» practice with implementation of policies and procedures for compliance and audits.
» Demonstrated practice in Information technology Security project engineering, integrating, and implementing infrastructure technologies & services, and related technologies.
» Knowledgeable in security best practices including Privileged access security, IAM, encryption, OpenSSL, SSL certificates, system hardening, etc.
» Excellent troubleshooting expertise.
» Strong attention to detail.
» Excellent communication and interpersonal expertise including the capability to build consensus and to present complex presentations.
» Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
» capability to explain complex technical detail and tradeoffs to non-technical associates.
» Proactive attitude and capability to work with minimal supervision.
