Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading Management Consulting Company in Southeast Asia. Our reputable client is looking for a Cloud Data Architect Manager, office located in Makati City, Philippines.
About The Role:
Implement data solutions that support the firm's data and analytics strategy in driving actionable business insights
Ability to review and design end-to-end cloud data platform architecture
Review and design the architecture of the cloud (Azure/AWS) data lake and perform ETL and data integration activities to ingest data into the data lake
Responsible for development, maintenance, and optimization of databases/datasets/tables/views/BI reports ensuring high data quality levels
Develop, UAT, SIT test scripts automation for data migration and integration
Responsible for testing and validating data from different environments (UAT, SIT)
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and design/build data visualization dashboards to support reporting and decision making
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or foreign equivalent from a recognized university.
At least 10 years of experience in data-related projects regardless of on-premise or cloud
At least 3 years of development experience with Azure Data Factory, AWS GLUE, SSIS, and SSAS.
Must possess a strong command of SQL and be able to write Stored Procedures, SSIS, and T-SQL from scratch
At least completed 5 full project lifecycle
Must have strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Be able to work independently and ensure strict timelines are met without continuous technical supervision
Knowledge of TDD and various concepts of testing and test automation tools e.g. Selenium is advantageous
Experience in using cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and configuration
Experience in programming with Python, C#, PowerShell
Good to have experience in designing and building data visualization dashboards.
Past consulting background and experience in working with business and technical stakeholders will be desirable
Candidates with team management experience will be considered for the Team Lead role
Preferred to have one or more of the following technical certifications:
Microsoft Certified Azure DP-100, 200 or 300
AWS Data Base or Data Analytics Specialty
