Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
Putting together business cases for the sales team and acting technical expert.
Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
Ensured delivered solutions meet technical and functional/ non-functional requirements and perform to agreed expectation.
Demonstrate forward thinking around where the organization is going.
Develop a cohesive team and ensure their continued success.
Develop solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud models.
Support projects as needed including any special assignments/ working hours.
Prior experience as Cloud Solutions Architect in a Pre-Sales role is required.
Must possess excellent communication skills both in written and oral communications and must have extensive experience presenting technical proposals and making effective product presentations directly to customers.
Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Statistics.
Cloud architect certification is ideal but not required. (e.g. on AWS or equivalent)
Must have project management skills.
Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills required for the pre-sales role.
Technical Requirements: Linux, Unix Solaris, Windows, Preference is experienced on any Linux OS flavor (e.g., Ubuntu Redhat, SuSe, etc.)
TCP/IP, IP addresses, HTTP, DNS and other network computing terminologies or jargons should be an everyday lingo for Cloud Architect
