Description LOOKING FOR FILIPINO (PHILIPPINES-BASED) CANDIDATES Position : Cloud Administrator Work Hours : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Pay Range : $800-$1,500/ Month We are looking for top Filipino talent for our client. We are currently seeking a skilled Cloud Administrator to join our client's team of highly experienced professionals. The Cloud Administrator will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our clients' cloud-based systems and ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. He or she will work closely with the IT team to provide support for the maintenance and enhancement of cloud-based applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cloud platforms, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well within a team-based environment. Responsibilities Support collaboration platforms (M365, Google Workspaces, etc..) Create and maintain Standard operation procedures (SOP) documentation Leverage automation to eliminate repetitive tasks Maintain best security practices provided by the Sec-Ops team Assist in SaaS migrations Communicate incidents/outages to internal and brands teams Respond to technical issues reported by logging and monitoring tools in a timely manner. Maintain best practices provided by internal leadership and SaaS providers Document SaaS environments and maintain documentation Requirements Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science, information science or an equivalent, Military Experience, or relevant experience Ability to provide quality technical support, attention to detail, and a positive customer service attitude Good communication skills A collaborative attitude Strong attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects Desired Experience: 5+ years providing advance support for M365 and Google Workspaces 3+ years of experience with PowerShell and GAMP Hands on experience managing Okta SSO and Lifecycle manager Strong working knowledge of networking and security practices Strong understanding of email filtration systems. Mimecast experience preferred Experience with Windows environments preferred Sharepoint Online experience is a Plus Experience in Zoom, Slack, Okta, Mimecast, Microsoft 365, Google Workspaces, Box
