Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Providing clinical services and support to clients and customers via phone, email, or chat
Conducting medical assessments and triaging patients based on their healthcare needs
Providing medical advice and treatment recommendations to patients and healthcare providers
Reviewing medical records and test results to ensure accuracy and completeness
Ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations
Providing education to patients and healthcare providers on disease management and prevention
Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop care plans and coordinate care for patients
Documenting all clinical interactions and maintaining accurate records of patient care
Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as response time, quality of responses, and customer satisfaction ratings
Participating in ongoing training and education to maintain clinical expertise and knowledge
Qualifications and Skills:
US Registered nurse and PH Registered nurse
With an active US license (valid for at least 6 months)
With an active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)
Must have at least 1-year of bedside experience
Amenable to working in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
Temporary WAH - willing to relocate to Manila
Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
For Temporary WAH Set-up:
Must have a stable internet connection (at least 50mbps) /willing to upgrade if less than 50MBPS
