Brief Position Description:
The role is primarily responsible for ensuring data quality across the NHH project delivery platforms, by establishing data standards and coordinating data governance. This role will have a strong understanding of the project delivery platforms, data structures and relationships across the platforms, and ensure robust change management practices. The X will coordinate with IT Project Platform & Business leads, cross-functionally to ensure a holistic approach to managing NHH data to support business oversight and decision making. The X will facilitate the analytics requirements for the operational business units across Clinical, Project Management, Medical and Biometrics to optimise project delivery in a centralised manner and collaborate with the HR/Finance Analytics Owners where needed.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
· Previous experience in coordinating data governance and analytics
· Strong understanding of clinical trial data and processes
· Awareness of data warehouse and ETL concepts
· Candidate must be a pro-active with a dynamic and resilient nature working in a fast- paced, challenging environment.
· Strong communication skills who enjoys collaborating and working as part of a cross-functional team.
· Must have analytical, problem-solving skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
· Skills with data transformation and migration tools highly regarded.
· Capable of manipulating and presenting data accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
· Establish Project Data Governance framework for NHH and subsequent compliance reviews.
· Understand the project delivery platforms across NHH, including but not limited to eTMF, CTMS, Safety, and Analytics.
· Lead an effective change governance model for Project delivery platforms.
· Ensure that new technology introduced to the NHH ecosystem complies with the necessary data standards for optimal data flow.
· Focus on project data reporting and analysis across the NHH portfolio to support successful project delivery and management oversight of operational performance metrics.
· Support the Operational leadership team to identify areas of improvement and use data analysis to help influence changes to business process.
· Act as intermediate to translate operational business requirements into analytical deliverables by partnering with the IT platform experts
· Provision of ad hoc data reporting needs to support ongoing initiatives & management requests
