Shift: Rotational shifts (5-day work week, varying rest days)Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-paced service frontline/customer-facing or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.)
Solid experience in operations management, process improvement, and staff development
Excellent English communication skills
Computer-proficient
