Assist patients from the moment they enter the clinic by collecting patient information (such as current symptoms, medical histories, and medications to provide doctors with a complete understanding of a patient's current medical needs and background)
Preparing documentation of all patient medical details and other pertinent data
Get patient's weight, vital signs and list of medicines
Input all patient's data, results, medications on the electronic medical chart Do ECG
Transcribing doctor's assessments and orders on the electronic chart during clinic hours
Providing doctor's prescription and tests/laboratory requests to patients
Scheduling clinic appointments of patients
Coordinating patient's medical concerns to the physicians
Supporting with other staff in delivering patient care services
Do daily rounds for in-patients/ admitted patients of the assigned doctors and report pertinent findings to the doctor (N/A during pandemic)
