Job Descriptions
Responsible in assisting patients upon arrival
Responsible for conducting medical history and physical reports and prepares patients for diagnostic procedures.
Responsible for vital signs and charting records, filling and encoding.
Identifies patient needs by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
Assisting physicians with minor surgeries and other medical procedures.
Responsible for cleaning and sterilization of medical equipment after procedures.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
Gives proper endorsement to the incoming shift.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
