clinic nurse ( REGISTERED NURSE)POLYHEALTH DIAGNOSTIC AND LABORATORY INC.

Schedule: 5 days of work per week only
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assists in fixing or setting-up patient appointments
2. Responsible for doing triage screening
3. Responsible for assisting and identifying patient needs upon arrival
4. Responsible for vital signs and charting records, filling and encoding
5. Responsible for keeping, organizing, and updating patient charts
6. Conducts medical history and physical reports and prepares patients for diagnostic procedures
7. Ensures that the patient understands the process in laboratory tests and other diagnostic procedures
8. Assists physicians with minor surgeries and other medical procedures.
9. Responsible for cleaning, sterilization, and disinfection of medical equipment and consultation room after the procedures
10. Gives proper endorsement to the incoming shift
11. Responsible for keeping, organizing, and updating medical records
12. Assists in the implementation of safety protocols within the clinic
13. Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a Registered Nurse
2. With valid PRC license
3. With or without experience
4. Preferably with valid BLS training but not required
5. Knowledge in handling basic operation of clinic equipment
6. Knowledge in using clinic information system (Bizbox, etc) is preferred but not required
7. Knowledge in using MS Office application
8. Willing to work on weekends/holidays/shifting schedule
9. Can work under minimal supervision
10. Preferably a resident of Malabon or other nearby cities
