Roles and responsibilities:
Perform all the functions expected of an On-site Clinic nurse
Serve as a resource to site lead nurses for troubleshooting clinic operations. This in turn makes the Cluster Lead Nurses a point of escalation for the sites.
Provide for immediate follow-up, documentation and communication of incidents relating to his/her designated clusters.
Monitors training schedules and mandatory training of clinic site personnel.
Key Point person for cluster sites clinic related audits.
