Job Description:
Shall be expected to perform all the functions expected of an Occupational Health Nurse.
Responsible for overall performance of the clinic team as well as delegation of specific clinic tasks within his/her site. The Lead Nurse is responsible in monitoring the performance of the team within the handled sites and ensuring that they are fulfilling their job requirements.
Communicate and give specific instructions to site clinic team whenever necessary or as instructed and communicated by Activeone HO.
Monitors training schedules and mandatory training of clinic site personnel.
Participate in clinic personnel evaluation.
Address any personnel issues to promote a productive and supportive work environment.
Serve as a resource to nurses for troubleshooting clinic operations. This in turn makes the Clinic Lead Nurse a point of escalation for the sites.
Provide for immediate follow-up, documentation and communication of incidents relating to his/her designated clusters.
