As a Client Success Executive, you will support customers to become digitally native, resulting in a significant contribution to the adoption of our offerings and increase customer satisfaction, engagement, loyalty, innovation and revenue.
To ensure we support our customers the best way we can, we have Client Success Executives close to our customers with global teams in all of our key markets. We are looking for a Client Success Executive in Manila, Philippines who can demonstrate the ability to take the initiative to support customers and assist them to maximize value in relationships and services to achieve their business goals. We're looking for a passionate individual who will join a growing team to deliver our vision to shape the world by connecting markets to optimize global resources.
In line with the responsibility of keeping with Reed Elsevier Shared Services Philippines core values and competencies, the CSRs develops and maintains positive working relationships with all contacts, both internal and external, to promote customer satisfaction and maximize individual and team performance. Customer Support Representatives performing at this level is required to undergo training and certification to fulfill their daily responsibilities and deliver excellent customer service.
Proactively provide training and support our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our products and services, making them an effective and integral part of our users' workflow.
Review and monitor all training delivery to ensure it drive greater adoption, retention and life-time value by aligning goals for a mutually beneficial outcome.
Develop close working relationships with customers and have the tenacity to push, educate and challenge new ways of thinking for our customers.
Collaborating with and supporting our sales account managers to ensure we maintain our high retention rates.
On-boarding of new customers.
Analyze usage data and trends to identify customer value recognition, adoption, and potential customers at risk.
Gather and share customer feedback to the wider organization.
Design and develop training programs and material.
Recommended work flow modifications or improvement as deemed necessary to improve processes
