client support assistant for Digital MarketingGrowthAssistant

We are looking for a Client Support Assistant to join a digital growth marketing team in the US. This teammate will assist customers with their Digital Marketing Campaigns such as making sure to provide status updates, tigger updates on digital campaigns (optimize, turn on/off, etc.), assist in URLs, and so many more!
The ideal candidate must be patient, professional and outgoing as you will be interacting with many customers. The ideal candidate will also help with doing market research.
The Role:
Campaign Monitoring - You monitor digital marketing campaigns for existing customers in different platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads), troubleshoot Issues on the digital platforms, UTM/Pixel ID Set-up and Integration when needed.
Customer service - You will be taking care of our client's customer by providing assistance via chat/email/phone. Having an empathetic ear will be ideal for this role
Research - You will be responsible for doing research specifically in marketing. This includes competitor research, marketing opportunities, and other related tasks.
Communication - You respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text when unexpected trends or errors are detected.
The Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service
Must have at least 2 years of experience in Account Management
Must have knowledge/experience in Digital Marketing Platforms such as: Facebook ads, Google ads, Mailchimp, etc.
Must have experience with Google Suite
Must be open to working fixed shifts
Must be able to communicate well in the English language
