Job Responsibilities:
The Employee will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
Support the Client Success Manager in executing client success strategies and initiatives.
Provide day-to-day support and assistance to clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
Onboard new clients and guide them through the initial setup process.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client projects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Prepare and deliver client reports and presentations as needed.
