The Client Success Administrative Assistant will be responsible for clerical and organizational tasks such as file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting reports, correspondences, or messages for the Client Success Team.
High-level Responsibilities
Writing Reports: You will create and update all escalation summaries in HubSpot.
Owns team updates: You will need to give daily verbal reports to the team on the most pressing matters that crossed their desk over the past 24 hours.
File Organization: You will need to collate notes from OMs and coaches to create concise weekly PIP reports, which will be shared with the clients during their two-month PIPs.
Ad hoc: You will have to write concise emails, summaries, reports, and action plans for team members and time-sensitive email drafting when necessary.
Specific Projects
Use otter to synthesize all client meetings into crucial updates & game plans and send them to EA Coaches and OMs.
Distill notes from clients into a list of what's needed in new candidates and send them to Loren (LX team).
Write churn reports and prepare weekly churn summaries for CS team meetings.

[ ] You are highly organized. You collate and analyze data/information rigorously and keep all projects aligned with our goals.
[ ] You follow up promptly and keep track of the project's progress.

[ ] You can successfully work with cross-functional stakeholders toward a common goal.
[ ] You help identify the problems or weak areas in the project and develop ways to target those issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
