Job Description
Conveyancing.com.au is Australia's leading conveyancing-only law firm with offices across Australia and 7-day customer support. Conveyancing.com.au is leading the future of conveyancing with digital solutions to make it easier than ever to buy and sell property. Our lawyers, clerks and paralegals on the ground in Australia are supported by a team of dedicated sales, service and support professionals in our Manila offices.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Client Service role is responsible for proactively supporting and servicing our customers with their conveyancing needs. Working in a fast-paced sales environment, Client Services manage and efficiently respond to client enquiries, concerns, and requests for conveyancing, with the focus on selling residential conveyancing services.
Supported by a comprehensive onboarding process, you will work as part of a team providing solutions and sales outcomes to our Australian customers.
You'll use your problem solving skills, attention to detail and investigatory skills to help solve the clients enquire.
You will be responsible for:
Proactively assisting clients to identify and assist them with their conveyancing needs
Providing an excellent level of service via phone and email
Taking accountability for issue resolution and escalating problems where needed
Maintaining a strong communication performance culture amongst the team and ensuring individual and team sales targets are achieved
Demonstrating you live and breathe our values and behaviours
Continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience
Qualifications

Preferably with a Bachelor's qualification you will have:
2-3 years direct customer experience ideally working with Aust / NZ, US or UK customers
Experience in a sales environment delivering against targets and goals
WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Our teams are currently working from home, however, this role will be based in our Makati head offices once circumstances allow. In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate your home working the environment is as follows:
conducive home office (free from noise and distraction)
main internet: wired internet of at least 5mbps
reliable back up internet: at least 3mbps speed
