Job Description: International Private Bank (IPB) - Client Services Process Improvement Associate
J.P. Morgan Private Bank is a global wealth management leader that delivers the highest quality advice, service, capabilities and products to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families around the world.
As Process Improvement Associate within International Private bank (IPB), you will support our Client Service Support and Client support specialists teams by participating in projects and providing support for various transformation initiatives.
You will be involved in/to: * Multiple projects or initiatives, working across the whole process lifecycle, creating end to end process visualization/mapping (using Signavio modeling toolset) researching new projects, business process changes, or system modifications.
Partner with Business, Client Services, Risk and Controls, Operations and Transformation counterparts to work on project deliverables that are aligned with end-to-end process improvement identification.
Understand the Client Services domain end to end and familiarize self with stakeholders for IPB Client services
Build Signavio models end to end and help with identifying transformation opportunities across IPB client service journey - by channel
Learn and develop innovation projects to help drive efficiency, accuracy and controls for IPB Client Services
help build business cases for transformation. Ie; helps in process deep dive and as a feeder into strategic and tactical fixes to improve/transform workflows
Acts as a central point of contact to help build innovation DNA within IPB Client services organize Innovation tools sessions and solution demos for awareness
Internal Description
International Private Bank Client services supports the Asset and Wealth Management clients and client advisors towards fulfilling all client related asks for their accounts
Responsibilities
Coordinate with various areas of Client Services Support front and middle office, Technology and innovation teams (as needed), and Senior Management to build business requirements, procedures and processes
Building Signavio Process Visualization flows for IPB Client services and initiate end to end workflow mapping
Promote Signavio SOP creation
Project analysis, including documenting business requirements, detailing issues and risks, and drafting business processes and data flows in Signavio
Data analysis, including data collection, synthesis, and translation of results into concrete actionable solutions
Identify gaps between applicable requirements and current procedures/controls and participate in driving resolution of mitigating controls
Work with business partners to design and implement enhancements to existing processes and/or business applications, introduce new processes and/or toolsets, and engage in process re-engineering
With guidance, develop and implement solutions that strengthen business operating models, enhance the client experience, and improve efficiency and controls
Develop subject matter expertise on specific areas within the Client Services IPB
Work with minimal direction/independently, keeping management informed of progress and escalate issues
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years business analysis / process improvement experience
Detail oriented, strong oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills
Highly motivated, results-oriented, client -focused
Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives
Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize issues/workload
Ability to come up to speed quickly on new subject matter
High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work independently
Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain a positive attitude and high level of performance on high profile/time-sensitive initiatives
