Job Description
Manages over 60+ existing clients of the company from Australia, United States, Europe and Asia Pacific Region from Onboarding to Exit Process.
Serves as the primary point of contact and management of all client's concern, issues, request related to staffing requirements, special requirements, contract review, contract rate increase and staff work related performance issues.
Works closely with different departments such as Human Resources Department to ensure proper communication and documentation to staff for warning and performance management and with Recruitment team to ensure staffing requirements are delivered in an effective and timely manner.
Collaborate across multiple teams to plan and ensure optimal use of team's capacity, manage prioritization, solve complex issues and problems, ensure and deliver the timely execution of all projects and drive collaboration and communication across team including advising Finance and Accounts Team of charge-out increase, or of any special requirements that needs to be invoiced or any changes in the contract.
Manages business with existing clients, grow business relationships and manage in bringing new clients on board.
Manages and provides regular updates to clients regarding their staff, campaigns, reviews and new requirements.
Client Services Officer must have good judgement and excellent critical reasoning skills. They should be outstanding communicators and natural leaders. Organization skills and the ability to perform well under pressure are also important.
Qualifications
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, especially Excel and Word
Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques
Customer service experience is an advantage.
Project management experience is an advantage.
Sales experience is an advantage.
A graduate of bachelor's degree major in marketing, advertising, business management
Has 3-5 years relevant experience.
Amenable to work in night shift.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 9AM to 6AM Manila Time
