Job Description:
The Client Services Associate Manager ensures quality customer servicing through effective account management, timely communications and positive turnover experience.
Job Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, HRM, Tourism, or Business Administration. A degree in Property Management, Operations, Architectural and/or Engineering course is a plus but not required. ​
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field ​
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Vernacular (verbal and written) ​
4. Able to present to a wide variety of people ​
5. Proficient in using MS Office Applications ​
6. Knowledgeable in property and real estate management with a lot of customer dealings and community relations ​
7. Experienced in handling a team of 10-20 persons ​
8. Experienced in budget management for unit or department operational concerns​
9. Highly collaborative and a team player
