The Role
As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing after-sales support on all on-boarded business deals of products under the purview of Cash Management Division which can be positioned as business solutions for wholesale accounts.
How you will contribute
Handle complex cases endorsed by CCG via CCM/CRM.
Monitor incident resolution raised to technical partners (e.g. IT, Product Dev team).
Provide timely response/update to client queries/requests/complaints through email/call.
Ensure case resolution within standard SLA.
Conduct regular update/report to Client Service Unit Head/Section Head on escalated concerns.
Contribute ideas for process improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Banking
Must have basic knowledge on MS Office application
Good oral and communication skills
Can work under pressure and in extended hours.
Team player and willing to work in rotational shift (even on weekends/holidays).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
