About you:
We are looking for an amazing communicator who loves to engage with different types of people on any levels either within the organization or external clients and someone who fits the following descriptions:
• Graduate/Undergrad of any Business, Computer, or Languages course.
• Has a working knowledge of computer systems (Windows, Google Suite & MS Office Applications).
• At least two (2) years of experience in telephone interviewing task or similar role.
• Can actively listen to the client and accurately document/report feedback.
• Must be a powerful and eloquent communicator.
• Must have an obsession with quality and efficiency.
• A good team player.
