Position Overview
The Client Returns Advocate serves as the primary point of contact for all post-sales client requests. Incumbents assist clients via the phone and email with their requests and utilize SAP, Infozone, and Dataworld to research and resolve client issues. The role will also be required to interact cross functionally with various internal Insight departments.

What you'll need to join Insight
Open to college undergraduates; with college degree preferred
Experience with Returns/RMA is preferred
Customer service skills a must
Computer hardware/software knowledge and/or industry knowledge strongly preferred
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills a must
