Position Overview
The Client Returns Advocate II serves as the primary point of contact for all escalated client return requests. This position will assist both internal and external clients with their requests via the phone, E-mail and IM and utilize Insight's internal systems, Internet Explorer and other web based tools to resolve client issues. Incumbents will also provide training and mentoring to the Client Return Advocates as well as providing various reports for management. Incumbents will also be required to interact cross functionally with various internal Insight departments, management and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, self-motivated, connects well and can communicate clearly with Insight's sales force and clients, has excellent time management and problem solving skills, proactively follows-up and is capable of working independently with minimal direction. This position will report to the Manager of Operations.
What you'll do at Insight
Escalation Request (40% of Client Returns Advocates II Time)
Receive incoming escalation request
Contacting internal and external contact for escalation approval Via E-mail, Web tools, Phone, IM and Meetings
Follow up on all pending escalation requests on a regular basis
Sales team, Client, internal and external approval contacts
Process approved and denied return requests daily
Send Sales and Client return instructions and completion e-mail with next steps
Send UPS shipping labels or pickup or schedule AIT pickups on each approval
Making situational decisions to resolved escalation requests
Training, Mentoring, Reporting (40% of Client Returns Advocates II Time)
Provide all new hire training
Provide mentoring and training throughout the day as needed
Run daily, monthly and quarterly reporting
Run reporting as needed
Special Projects (20% of Client Returns Advocates II Time). Assigned to special projects as they arise
Attend meetings
Create process steps
Documentation
Super User Duties
Act as point of contact for system testing and changes
What you'll need to join Insight
Open to college undergraduates; with college degree preferred
Amenable to work on a permanent night shift schedule
Ability to effectively respond to questions from clients and other teammates as needed.
Customer service skills a must
Computer hardware/software knowledge and/or industry knowledge strongly preferred
Excellent oral/written communication, detail oriented, problem solving and interpersonal skills a must
