Position Overview
The Client Returns Advocate I serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sales client requests. Incumbents assist clients via the phone and email with their requests and utilize SAP, Infozone, and Dataworld to research and resolve client issues. The role will also be required to interact cross functionally with various internal Insight departments. This position will report to the Returns Team Lead.

Customer service skills a must.
