BASIC JOB FUNCTION
The Client Returns Advocate serves as the primary point of contact for all post-sales client requests. Incumbents assist clients via the phone and email with their requests and utilize SAP, Infozone, and Dataworld to research and resolve client issues. The role will also be required to interact cross functionally with various internal Insight departments. This position will report to the Mgr Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
30% Client contact
20% Sales contact
30% Research
20% interaction with other Insight departments.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree holder.
Customer service skills a must.
Computer hardware/software knowledge and/or industry knowledge strongly preferred.
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills a must.
