Title: 2710: Digital Strategist - CRM GM (Corporate Digital Marketing Specialist)
The Accenture Marketing & Communications (M+C) Intelligent Services team is looking for a creative, highly motivated, data-driven marketer
with a proven ability to strategize, execute, and optimize client-facing digital marketing campaigns for the Client Relationship Marketing (CRM)
group in Accenture's Growth Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the CRM team and others across M+C including Brand, channel leads and content owners to help plan and deliver
integrated, digital marketing campaigns and engagement activities aligned to the account strategy. This can include demandgen and digital marketing (web and email), earned and paid media, and internal communications.
.Support the day-to-day project management and delivery of digital campaign plans, including helping manage reviews and
approvals and coordination with internal digital execution teams.
.Support relationships with key internal stakeholders and integrate deliverables into campaigns across CRM account to drive
awareness and adoption on new digital channels and tactics.
. Work with our PMOs and analytics teams to embed ROI measurement in all programs and report on performance as needed.
Conduct regular meetings with your aligned CRM team, present progress reports, and analyze the results of completed
campaigns
.Utilize research and analysis to gain client, channel and competitive insights and identify opportunities for campaign
optimization.
.Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, innovation, and customer/employee experience, and
bring new ideas to the table.
.Educate internal stakeholders on cross-industry trends and best practices that align to the CRM digital strategy within the
organization.
Must Have:
Campaign management skills and knowledge, hands-on marketing experience, organization and prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
Proven track record of accomplishments in multichannel marketing and ability to drive the build of engaging content behind
strategic initiatives
Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Eloqua, LinkedIn,) to target buyers, benchmark
campaigns and track ROI
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing experience with account-based marketing preferred.
Skills to focus on:
Email Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Campaign Analytics & Reporting, Test and Learn Optimization Strategy, Social Media CRM
Good to Have:
Ability to work autonomously when necessary, in a virtual work environment with a team that is geographically dispersed
Strong understanding of UX methodologies and how they can be applied to digital experiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
