Job Description
Join us as aClient Relations Associate, responsible for seamless communication, client request handling, data entry, quality checks, accounting liaison, reporting product statistics, identifying support issues, engaging with management, addressing client inquiries, project intake, client assistance, product training, team collaboration, report creation, billing issue resolution, process improvement suggestions, and staying updated on services.

What do you need to succeed
A bachelors degree.
2-5 years of related experience and/or training.
High attention to detail, adaptability, excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, and Slack is advantageous.
The ability to transition seamlessly and quickly between projects and platforms.
A strong focus on detail.
Fluency in English. Knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, or other Asian languages is a plus.
What awaits you in this role
You will be responsible for effectively communicating client requests and presentation requirements to the production teams.
You will enter data into our proprietary production tracking system and maintain comprehensive online notes for each project.
Assisting in quality checking both the end product and external communications will be part of your responsibilities.
You will liaise with our accounting department to ensure accurate billing for projects.
Regularly gathering and relaying product statistics and various reports to sales and product teams will be an important aspect of your role.
You will collaborate with the technical support team to routinely identify and communicate the most common support issues.
Communication with management on performance and activities will be expected.
Responding to clients via email, web-based applications, and telephone will be part of your daily tasks.
You will intake client requests for new projects and follow up for additional information when necessary.
Answering client questions about various products and providing assistance when issues arise around their access to presentations will be among your responsibilities.
You should be prepared to train clients on the use of new or enhanced products.
Regular communication with the team and manager will ensure everyone is informed of project developments.
Assisting with the creation and managing the implementation of reports and presentation materials for both internal and external use will be part of your role.
You will research and find resolutions for missing, inaccurate, or unclear information on the client billing report.
Being open to participating in additional projects, services, and opportunities as they arise will contribute to your roles growth.
Your suggestions and implementation of process improvements will be highly valued.
Keeping fully up-to-date on current services and products is essential to excel in this position.
