Client Finance Manager :
1. Monitors and reports the financial progress of services engagements versus agreed plans within the Account team and to appropriate management.
2. Works closely with Service Delivery Managers/Client Account Executive and Country/Region/Business Unit Finance Management to provide data from which meaningful decisions can be made
3. Reviewing contracts for assigned projects and recommend appropriate actions to the project team as needed
4. Being responsible for approval of projects, revenue, billing, balance sheet and close out of projects
5. Working proactively with the Client Delivery Executive/Client Account Executive to analyze and forecast the project financials ensuring delivery cost is in line with expected results
6. Implementing project controls and processes to ensure compliance with company policy and project control methodology
7. Interfacing with client where it is required
8. Tracking and reconciling all project costs
9.Reviewing and validating project Actuals as part of the preparation of the Account Status Report (ASR)
10. Alerting management to financial risks and opportunities in the project and assist in mitigation or realization
