Manages and resolves customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups of premium clients
Enhance customer service by providing necessary support to premium clients such as web navigation, answer account related queries and assists in processing of requests
Disseminate important information to premium clients and handles outbound communications
Facilitate and promote marketing programs, events, seminars, and functions to premium clients
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Management, or any related course
At least 1 year related work experience in customer support in a financial services setting is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Has a customer driven attitude, team player and excellent communication skills
Goal-oriented, has a positive attitude, willing to learn, hardworking, and patient in detaling with clients
Knowledgeable on MS Office applications
