The Role
A Client Engagement Officer - Engage Business Banking clients through voice and digital channels to drive product sales, deliver portfolio actions or comply with internal requirements.
How you'll contribute
Drive Sales - Proactive outbound calling to existing customers to introduce and promote full Business Banking product and service suite. Depending on product, sales may be directly closed by job holder or referred to on-location sales team to close.
Customer Engagement - Ensure periodic contact with Business Banking clients to build relationship, verify contact details, gather market intelligence and create sales opportunity. Perform welcome calls or new product confirmation calls.
.Market Intelligence - Gather market trends or client insights (e.g. wallet sizing) in the course of conducting outbound calls. This will aid in needs or risk identification.
Service Excellence - In the event customer engagement led to the identification of a service issue, raise the relevant incident ticket for resolution and where possible, monitor till closure.
Anti Attrition / Win Back - As part of Business Banking's regular campaign, initiate service calls to reactivate existing or win-back past clients.
What we're looking for
College graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, Marketing or other related fields
With 5-10 years of experience
Must have a strong background/ experience in mortgage/home loans
Working knowledge of banking and financial products, especially loans and CMS an advantage
With experience in Credit and mortgage training, financial analysis, communication, and presentation skills, sales (hunter), AMLA due diligence knowledge and skills
