Description:
Supports the Client Delivery Manager in growing and developing the client relationship for SAP ECS
Responsible for the operational compliance in terms of deliverables to customers
Performs quality assurance tasks to ensure adherence to standard processes during service delivery.
Monitoring and active engagement with the service delivery team to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs
Ensures seamless alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders such as SAP Services, SAP
Product support, ECS Partners and customer's System Integrators or other Hosting Partners
Facilitates customer discussions and forums (as needed)
Responsible for reporting, customer communications and provide assistance with de-escalation management.
Attend trainings and remain knowledgeable with the latest ECS portfolio of products and services
Serve as backup for Client Delivery Managers on work exigency or extended leave of absence to cover operational responsibilities
Deliverables:
Setup and maintain the relevant customer and account master data in the system
Prepare, execute and ensure timely submission of all relevant customer reporting (weekly, monthly,
quarterly, scorecard, ad hoc, etc.)
Address internal quality assurance findings, non-compliant output and stakeholder escalations
Ensure operational excellence on service delivery
Identify and provide improvement initiatives based on operational data collected, monitored and analyzed
during the performance of the role
Provide relevant tracking and reporting of account-related KPIs
Requirements:
Bachelor's/College Degree Computer Science/Information Technology (desirable) or equivalent.
Required skill/knowledge: project coordination, report preparation, admin support, global support, MS Office.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in the related role.
Has a team lead or junior managerial level experience.
Work Location:
Robinsons Cyberscape Building, Ortigas Center, Pasig City
This will be a work from home until further notice due to the pandemic. Work equipment are provided (laptop, headset etc.) except internet connection.
Work Schedule:
Based on APJ Time Zone
Earliest: Australia Time (+3 hrs ahead)
Latest: India Time (-2 hrs behind)
