Flexible workshift (dayshift/nightshift)
Php18k basic + allowances up to 8,721.00
 
We are in need of people who can:
do calls and chats to answer customer inquiries
manage and track customer requests and customer needs
Monitor and resolve issues through our online system.
Contribute to maintain a positive, friendly and motivated environment within the team while adapting to our changing business needs.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
-        Candidates with more than 6 Years BPO Experience will now be accommodated for the position.
(Minimum per employment/ company should still be at least 1 year)
-        Must be willing to relocate if outside Cebu
-        10 to 15MBPS (should be open to upgrade to 25mbps once they are selected)
-  Must be flexible regarding work schedule. (Must be willing to work on night shifts and must be available to work overtime during peak periods)
