A person in charge of managing the development teams using OutSystems for Low Code Digital Transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in estimations, agile methods, and OutSystems.
Responsibilities
Develop documentation and development plans;
Participate in developing software estimates
Coordinate and communicate with CDR's clients
Lead the development team on a technical level (code reviews, best practices, architecture guidance)
Work with the architecture team to create corporate-wide best practices and standard code components.
Determine the size, complexity, and dependencies of a solution by reviewing business rules, use cases, user stories, and clarifying estimates with the development team.
Collaborate on root cause analysis, application of business rules, workflow issues, internal/external interfaces for system integration.
Work with clients to train their technical teams as needed.
Requirements
Significant senior developer or architect level expertise with OutSystems; leadership and teamwork skills; customer management skills; communication and presentation skills; a focus on process and detail; estimation skills are a bonus.
2+ years of Agile experience
2+ years of planning experience
Ability to manage stakeholders and negotiate Ability to foresee and resolve customer issues before they become issues
As necessary for the project, you must be ready to work in either the US or Europe (including holidays, weekends if needed)
Team members are currently working only from their homes till further notice.
