Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to fill the role of Office Clerk / Encoder. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various data sets within our systems. This position is an excellent opportunity for any accounting or business related 4-year course graduates, who is eager to kickstart their career in a professional office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and update data into our database systems (Quick Books) with a high degree of accuracy.
Assist with the organization and maintenance of files and documents.
Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phones and responding to emails.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless flow of information.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course, with a preference for graduates in accounting or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), google sheets, QuickBooks
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
