We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Claims Administrator to join our Motor Claims team on a 12-month fixed term basis. This role is ideal for a Commerce / Business degree graduate or professional who has a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service and a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
Management of windscreen claims
Manage claims in accordance with best practice and delegated authority limits to ensure the efficient and exquisite delivery of service.
Responsible for the lodgement.
Attach quotes and invoices for generated claim, labelled and numbered (as per process)
Setting of reserve
Processing of invoices received from suppliers.
Will be responsible for identifying process gaps, suggesting areas for improvement and administration of distribution of work.
Claims Cost:
Close management of and vigilance around claims costs. Always adhering to best practice and working within your delegated authority to ensure cost effective claims service delivery.
Ensure the accuracy of our reserving vs payments.
Exceptional workflow and time management skills.
An excellent understanding of the Insurance Claims discipline and supporting processes.
Great written and verbal communication and analytical skills with the ability to make the complex seem simple.
The flexibility to adapt and evolve with the business.
