Follow up with insurers, assessors, and repairers to ensure the best claim outcome for the client
Assist with system processing, preparation of documentation, and file management for:
New accounts/new business
Policy renewals
Provision of quotations
Pre-Renewal Reports and document preparation
Policy documentation
Debtors reporting
Assist in the preparation of end-of-month requirements.

1 to 2 years relevant work experience

Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination BPO 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
