Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or an associate degree in Veterinary Technician with at least 3 years Veterinary Experience
Has strong, wired, post-paid internet connection of at least 30 MBPS
Amenable to Work-From-Home set-up (preferably within Cebu province)and have a conducive workspace at home.
Has excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Preferably has strong computer skills
Role Summary / Purpose:
•   Reviews and interprets incoming annual claims to properly make an eligibility determination.
•   Reviews and interprets individual policies to properly make an eligibility determination.
•   Calculates invoice totals.
•   Provides claims notations and data entry as needed.
•   Attends and participates in team meetings as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
•   Daily contact with all internal departments as well as veterinarians and clinic staff.
