Claims Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
Create new claim records
Locate and verify information
Review incoming and outgoing documents
Document authorizations or escalations
Process payments
Transcribe recorded statements
Answer clients' billing or claims questions
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements
with good communication skills both written and verbal, experience in customer-service, good in tools navigation and computer savvy, preferably has experience in handling billing concerns, can work onsite with a fixed Monday-Friday schedule permanent night shift
