Responsibilities
The initial tasks to be carried out by the Claims Operations Analyst are shown below but the intention is that new tasks will be added.
Document Repository Filing
Checking shared mailboxes on a daily basis
Updating files with new information received
Saving documents to the correct claim file using the prescribed naming convention
Managing queries with the Arch claims team
New Claims Triage
Reviewing new claims on a daily basis
Allocating matters to the correct claims adjuster based on rules
Creation of new claim files within the Arch ARMS claims system
Payment Processing
Reviewing payment requests and processing them within Arch ARMS claims system according to rules.
