The Claims Analyst's main responsibility is to identify potential 3PL claims, monitor and coordinate Claims filing with all third-party logistics providers (3PL) ZALORA uses to deliver customer orders across the Philippines. He/She will work closely with 3PLs to file claims and manage back and forth communication while maintaining excellent stakeholder relations.
Responsibilities:
Develops a solid understanding of logistics processes in order to strategically review and analyze potential claims
Develops procedures and policies to improve the processing, filing and investigation of all 3PL claims
Coordination of 3PL claims with internal stakeholders
Review ageing reports to ensure all are being worked to payment/resolution, and handle any system adjustments required based on the outcome of claims filed
Coordination and execution of internal and external performance improvement projects
Requirements:
Graduate of Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or other Business Management related courses preferred
Preferably 2+ years experience in Accounting / Claims Processing preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge in Tableau or similar data visualization tools preferred, knowledge in SQL is a plus
Able to manage key stakeholders & cross-functional key performance indicators
Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills; ability to conduct research, creatively solve problems, and deal with ambiguity
