Overview
The Claims Bordereaux Analyst will work alongside an existing team in Manila and Cebu supporting the claims function. This role will form part of a small team responsible for provision of data for regulatory purposes. Key tasks are:
Supporting the tracking/processing and improvement in quality of all bordereaux information
Assisting in mapping of data to standardise information that is received.
Providing ad hoc support to the Bordereaux Data Consultant or Claims Operations Manager where required
Responsibilities
Managing the processing of all relevant incoming bordereaux
Managing the bordereaux collection process, escalating issues where necessary.
Identifying anomalies within the bordereaux and amending where necessary.
Cleansing and standardising data using Excel
Identifying key areas of data improvement in line with Lloyd's standards and being aware of changes to Lloyd's reporting standards and requirements
Development, management and production of suitable bordereaux data and management information and other Binder reporting required by internal stakeholders.
Ensuring that all process and training documentation is kept up to date.
Qualifications
Excellent data wrangling skills in Excel including the use of macros and formulae.
Demonstrate a high level of problem solving and the ability to resolve issues.
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage own workload, prioritising tasks appropriately and ensuring that SLAs are achieved.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people face to face and over the telephone.
Experience of working for organisations in the London Insurance Market
Good understanding of London market systems and procedures.
Experienced in working with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products
