As a Claims Agent, you will be their champion-their deliverer of magical customer experiences. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be communicating with car owners that have questions about their auto damage claim, and respond to emails from car owners and 're looking for bright, energetic, and passionate individuals that can grow with our support team in the Philippines. You'll be empowered to make a difference in the lives of thousands of people. We need you to be willing to go the extra mile, have a focus on getting the details right, and be a bright and energetic communicator. What you'll be doing:
Respond to email inquiries via Snapsheet Vice System and Zendesk when necessary
Make outbound phone calls to quickly resolve issues-Communicate with car hosts to assist them with their auto damage claim, and respond to any questions about the claims process
Investigate damage reports and determine the responsible person
Coordinate with claims vendors to ensure fast and effective customer support
Champion and uphold Getaround's community standards and policies
What you'll need:
-Excellent written and verbal English skills
2+ years of customer support experience
Ability to work weekend, holiday, and night shifts
At least 5MBPS download speed and 1MBPS upload speed internet connection (speed tests will be conducted during interviews)
Computer with at least 8GB of RAM-Headset for handling inbound/outbound phone calls
A quiet space to work from, free of background noise and other distractions
You enjoy taking initiative
Attention to detail
You can work well as an individual and in teams
You're a quick and proactive learner who can perform under pressure
Preferred Skills
-Strong problem solving skills
Experience with using Zendesk
Passion for car sharing and solving car overpopulation
Basic understanding of how cars operate and common car issues
Prior claims or insurance experience-You enjoy completing investigations
