- Should lead/guide Operations team members to work properly, also to grow them.
- Be clear on cost factors in operations, at least having a basic financial understanding.
- Keep improving operational practice by client's nature.
- Should properly co-work with BD/Implementation/Planning team especially for cost.
- Good at MS Office (Excel / Powerpoint)
- Managing a daily/weekly/monthly Operational status report to the management.
- Building a good relationship with suppliers/partners.
- Exposure to Contract Logistics (Warehousing & Distribution) operations, 8 - 12 years.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration or Finance.
Preferred: MBA
Work Experience: At least ten (10) years of related work experience in business development and , corporate finance or private equity. Proven experience in developing and implementing projects or new businesses.
Preferred: Experience in Logistics/Warehouse
